  Liquid forging is the preferred process for casting high quality products. TRICAST's high pressure liquid forging eliminates porosity. Liquid forging maintains fine detail for high quality injection molding.

  TRICAST makes large porosity free Beryllium copper castings such as this inside core and bottom ring for plastic buckets. Castings for these type of molds can weigh in excess of 500 lbs.

  Plunger tips for the Die Casting industry are liquid forged to eliminate porosity and ensure high quality.

   TRICAST makes shell castings in Beryllium Copper and Bronze for the styrofoam cup industry. Shell castings are forged under extreme high pressure eliminating all porosity.

   Aluminum castings for blow molding were made with liquid forging to eliminate porosity. Liquid forging allows for high quality blow molding castings.
