For injection molding, TRICAST offers a variety of services. Liquid forging with extreme high pressure is TRICAST's preferred method for production in order to eliminate porosity and defects and to assure a quality end product. TRICAST is capably equipped for extra large jobs. |

TRICAST has produced cavities for large and small containers using a variety of materials including Aluminum, Beryllium Copper and Kirksite. |

Because rubber attacks copper, these cavities were made in Aluminum from a Beryllium Copper cast hob. Beryllium Copper hobs can be created from wood, epoxy or rubber patterns. |

Containers such as these are produced in multiple cavities to maintain accuracy. Inherent control standards enable TRICAST to hold a very close tolerance. |
